This is the picture of a great soldier. He has laid his life on the line numerous times and has fought for his family, home, and country. He and many others have fought and died for our freedom and protection. I have had the privilege of knowing such great people. So when you see people who have or are serving our country, thank them personally. And remember they are not just people they are soldiers.

I no longer wear the Marine uniform, but I want to thank you for comments like this. We are subjected to so much and constantly put down and believed to be in a subservient, minimized role that we believe we are nothing, that we are doing nothing special.
I enlisted to fight for the rights of Americans, for freedom. I'm glad that you're using your First Amendment right to spread such joy.

I want to thank you for putting this on your website. It means alot to me, you see my 21year old son is serving in the US Marine Corps. He is currently still stateside, but will be deployed to Iraq soon. I Pray for him every day. It's comforting to know that you will reach many people with your comments.
